How much does Divine cost?
We are a paid, professional matchmaking and date coaching firm, with different levels of service customized based on your needs, preferences and goals.
After completing our initial confidential intake, the next step is a paid consultation. This allows us to learn more about you, your dating history, what has and hasn’t worked, what you’re looking for and where you may need support.
From there, we assess whether we’re a mutual fit and, if we believe we can help, recommend the level of service that makes the most sense, whether that’s a matchmaking search, date coaching or a combination of both.
Our matchmaking and date coaching clients engage us to work specifically on their behalf and receive priority consideration.
How is each service priced?
The exact price depends on what we believe will give you the best opportunity for results.
Our services range from targeted coaching and online dating support to highly personalized matchmaking searches. Depending on your needs, we may recommend one service or a combination of services.
Pricing reflects your stage of life, criteria and preferences, geography, length of engagement, level of recruiting, founder involvement and the resources required.
Following a paid consultation and assessment, we’ll recommend the approach we believe makes the most sense and outline the investment.
Do you work with both men and women?
Absolutely. We work with both male and female clients, and many of our paying clients are women. Our matchmaking and date coaching services are professional, paid services for both men and women.
Not everyone needs the same level of service, and matchmaking may not always be the best strategy. We consider each person individually and, where we believe we can help, recommend an approach based on their goals, preferences, dating experience and what they may need support with.
Our clients receive priority consideration. From time to time, we may also approach or scout someone outside our network because we believe they could be a potential match for one of our clients. In these situations, participation may be by invitation or offered on a per-match basis, depending on the circumstances.
We work with accomplished, relationship-minded singles who value a thoughtful and highly personalized approach to finding a partner. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, including executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, professionals and creatives, and are often people with full lives who are ready to make finding the right relationship a priority.
Based in Canada, we take on a select number of clients so we can provide the attention, discretion and hands-on involvement our work requires. There is no single “type” of client. Our focus is on compatibility, relationship readiness and whether we believe our approach can genuinely support you.
Do you work with gay men?
Yes. We offer matchmaking and date coaching for gay men. Everyone is looking for something a little different, so we start by understanding what you want and whether we’re the right fit to help.
Can you guarantee this will work for me?
Here’s the straight answer: we can’t guarantee you’ll fall in love. Nobody can. We can’t control chemistry, timing, another person’s feelings or whether two people ultimately choose each other.
What we can do is search, recruit, screen, introduce, coach, advise and give you candid feedback. But there’s one part we can’t do for you: Your part.
You need to show up, communicate, give us honest feedback and listen when we challenge you. Sometimes that also means being willing to consider someone who doesn’t look exactly like the person you pictured on paper. If you continue doing everything exactly as you’ve always done it, you can’t expect a different result.
We’ll do our part. We need you to do yours.
What levels of matchmaking do you offer?
No two searches are the same, which is why we offer different levels of personalized matchmaking.
Some searches can be conducted primarily through our established network, database, referrals and trusted contacts. Others require dedicated recruiting, targeted outreach and promotion beyond our existing network.
For clients seeking our highest level of service, we offer a VIP Search — a premium, highly customized engagement with enhanced founder involvement, expanded recruiting and scouting, and a more intensive, hands-on approach throughout the search.
Your criteria and preferences, geography, length of engagement and complexity of the search determine the level of work and resources required. The narrower or more complex the search, the more recruiting it may require. Our fees reflect that.
Not everyone is a candidate for matchmaking. If we don’t believe we can realistically help, we’ll tell you. Sometimes date coaching, online dating support or a different approach makes more sense.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of our matchmaking experience. Personal information, photos and preferences are handled with care and discretion, and we avoid sharing personal identifiers whenever possible.
We are thoughtful about when and how information is shared with potential matches, and you will know how you are being presented. Our goal is to create meaningful introductions while protecting your privacy throughout the process. Discretion and trust are essential.
How long does the matchmaking process typically take?
There is no set timeline for matchmaking, as every search is different. Our retained searches begin at six months, but the pace of each search depends on your preferences, location, the complexity of the search and, importantly, the availability and mutual interest of potential matches.
We offer different levels of service with varying timeframes and a defined number of introductions or dates. Some searches may progress quickly, while others take longer. We can’t predict when the right person will become available or whether there will be mutual interest.
Rather than rushing the process to meet an arbitrary timeline, we take the time needed to identify thoughtful, well-considered introductions with genuine potential.
What does date coaching look like?
Date coaching is customized to you. We look at what’s working, what isn’t — and what may need to change.
Depending on what you need, that can include:
- dating strategy and relationship readiness
- patterns, habits and blind spots
- realistic expectations in today’s dating landscape
- challenging or expanding criteria and preferences
- communication, body language and confidence
- role-playing and real-life dating scenarios
- pre- and post-date coaching
- styling, image and professional photography
- dating profile and photo makeovers
- online dating strategy and support
- pre-booked coaching calls with a Divine Intervention team member
- access to trusted third-party specialists when additional expertise may help

Sometimes the biggest thing we can do is help you get out of your own way.
What if I'm interested in date coaching and not matchmaking?
Not everyone who comes to Divine Intervention needs or wants matchmaking. We offer several date coaching options for people who want expert guidance, a fresh perspective or support in specific areas of their dating life.
You may already be doing many of the right things but want help fine-tuning your approach. Coaching can include dating strategy, communication, confidence, online dating and profile support, styling and image, practice dates and constructive feedback.
After learning more about you and where you could benefit from support, we’ll recommend an approach tailored to your goals rather than putting you into a one-size-fits-all program.
Do you offer relationship coaching?
Yes. Relationship coaching is available directly with our founder for individuals or established couples who are experiencing challenges in their relationship and want practical, honest guidance on how to move forward.
Sessions are pre-booked and tailored to the situation. Coaching may focus on communication, recurring patterns, conflict, changing relationship dynamics or helping to repair and strengthen the relationship.
Relationship coaching can be done one-on-one, even when only one partner is seeking support, or together as a couple. The focus is on gaining clarity, identifying what may need to change and providing practical strategies you can apply outside the sessions.
Where may my matches come from?
We search within our private network and database and tap into trusted contacts, referrals, professional networks, colleagues and collaborators.
Depending on your criteria and level of service, we may also use dedicated recruiting, targeted outreach and promotion well beyond our existing network.
